A true dream home is not simply the end product. It should be a dream to build as well, which is why we work hard to make the process as simple and rewarding as possible for you, because we’re not just your builders, we’re your building partners.
Through our affiliated architects and designers, we can provide a full design, planning and building service, or you can choose your own architect and have FSP bring it to life.
Our six-step process makes creating your ideal home both easy and enjoyable.
Ideas
We meet with you to discuss what we can offer, the style of home you’re looking for, and your budget objectives. Involving a hands-on builder, who understands your goals right from the start, makes it easier to achieve the home you desire, on the budget you have available.
Desires
This is where we discuss your design requirements, and any restrictions, challenges and opportunities. If you choose one of FSP’s trusted designers, they’ll be there to help put your vision down on paper. Alternatively, you can bring your own architect, and we’ll happily work with them to achieve your dreams.
Concepts
The design concepts are presented to you, and we discuss the likely costs involved. We then go through the process from this point onwards, and talk with you about timeframes, and other important details.
Details
With the working drawings produced, our interior designer is available to help you select fixtures and fittings. At this stage, engineering is also finalised, and all specifications are completed.
Documentation
Final costs are established and the necessary documentation is delivered, including building contracts, specifications, working drawings and engineering.
Construction
It’s time to build, but we don’t do it without you. Not only are you invited to all scheduled site meetings, but you’re always welcome to come and see the progress of your new home any time you like. After all, to us you’re a partner, not just another client.
